What To Do Once They Like YouEven after your page recieves likes, comments, and shares there is even more you can do to expand your reach.  There is no exact science to figuring out what content your fans want the most; however, there are things that generally work well across the board.

Utilize Images

Images stand out more than just text alone. They are larger on walls, as well as, news-feeds– so why not take advantage of this? Images are a great way to grab a viewer’s attention and give them a reason to look at things on your page. When you create a caption for your images use the keyword in the description to help increase visibility.

Solve a Problem

Listen to what your customers are saying about your company to determine their problems.  Find and identify things they need help or are struggling with to provide solutions for them. Pay attention to conversations, hashtags, or things users commonly ask you.

Be Authentic

You are on Facebook to have a company presence and engage with your customers on a more personal level. Talking about special offers, service options, and new products get old. Talk about industry information or other topics to help build a bridge between you and your fans.

Analytics

Always be optimizing! I can not stress this enough and how important it is to look at what your customer engages with the most. You want to keep your followers happy, so keep posting stuff that they find entertaining, and mix it up. A newsfeed with all pictures or all text gets boring. Make sure that you are posting different types of content, as well as, sharing other posts to have more variety. While images are the most effective, it is still important to use a variety of media on Facebook.
